Limecraft provides a wide range of subtitle export options, allowing you to customise your subtitles to meet your specific needs. From including speaker segmentation with colours to selecting from various subtitle file format varieties, Limecraft ensures flexibility and efficiency. 




To streamline your workflow and maintain consistency across projects, you can configure Subtitle Export Presets directly in the Workspace Settings


Using subtitle export presets allows your team to quickly export subtitles in the required format without manually adjusting settings each time.


Note: Admin access is required to access these settings.


How to Create a Subtitle Export Preset

  1. Go to the Subtitle Editor settings in your Limecraft Workspace.
  2. Scroll down to the "Subtitle Export Preset" section.
  3. Select your preferred export settings based on format, style, and additional options.
  4. Click "Save" to apply your preset.

Once configured, your preset will be available for all users in the workspace, ensuring a smooth and standardised subtitle export process.

 Managing Subtitle Export Presets


Clicking on the ellipsis on the right side of the preset opens a set of options to manage the preset: delete, deactivate, edit or make it the default preset.
