Setting Due Dates

1. Setting a Workspace-Wide Due Date

NOTE: Workspace-wide delivery due date can be set by an admin user only.

How to set it up?

1. Go to Workspace Settings

2. Open Workspace Details

2. Setting a Request-Specific Due Date

If a request needs a different deadline, you can set a custom due date for it.

How to do it?

1. Open the Request

2. Go to Request Info

3. Set the Request Due Date

This ensures that each request has the right deadline, depending on its priority and urgency.

Working with Due Dates

1. Request Prioritization

  • Requests are ordered chronologically, with the most urgent ones appearing first.
  • This helps teams focus on what needs to be delivered soonest.

2. Color Codes for Quick Identification

  • Red → Overdue requests
  • Orange → Due within the coming week

This visual aid makes it easy to see what needs immediate attention.

3. Quick View of Priorities

The quick view 'Due Soon' opens a priority list, which lists all the requests in order of priority. This gives a clear overview of what's next.

Expected Delivery Date

Content producers can set an Expected Delivery Date to indicate when they anticipate the content will be ready.

How to view it?

1. Open the Request Info

2. The Producer fills in the Expected Delivery Date

This allows for better planning and coordination between teams.
