Limecraft Delivery Workspace is a space that gathers all elements of a media content delivery into various predefined, actionable requests, giving all stakeholders an instant and clear overview of the requested information and materials. With the dashboard, it’s quick and efficient to monitor the overall status of the delivery or any specific request.

This article discusses how a broadcaster or a distributor can review and reject or approve delivery requests.

Assuming that your role in the delivery process is the one of broadcaster or distributor, this is how you can use the Delivery Workspace to review and approve or reject deliverables.

1. Open a Request for Review

Use the filters to search delivery requests in status 'In Review', which indicates that the requested media and data has been submitted by the producer. Note: you also receive an email notification for a request that has been delivered for review. This gives you the option to click on the email link to start reviewing immediately.

Click the request that you want to review.

2. Use the review tools if applicable

If the Review functionalities have been enabled, you have the option to comment and set the review status to collaborate with all of the stakeholders.

Click on the clip to open the Review window.

Click back to return to the request.

3. Set the Request Status to rejected or approved

When the review step has been completed and the material is approved, you can set the request status to rejected or approved.

You can write a note along with your evaluation.

This opens a window where you can write a short message that will be included in the email notification that will be sent to the content producer and other possible stakeholders.

4. Lock Request (optional)

Assuming that you have a broadcaster role, you have the option to lock a request. As long as a request is locked, it's not possible to create new versions of the submission.
