File Overview is part of the workspace settings, which can be accessed by admin users only.
How to Use the File Overview?
The File Overview provides detailed information about all file instances within a specific Limecraft Workspace. You can use filters and column settings to drill down to the details you need. Explore clip details or material data using the action buttons.
Accessing the File Overview
To access the File Overview, navigate to the Workspace Settings.
Using the Filters and Search
The powerful filters and search options allow you to drill down to the insights that you need.

View the Results
You have two options to view your selection further: navigate to the clip or view instance details.
Clicking on the 'View clip' option shows you the clip details.
View instance details option shows you the material details of the selection.
Manage the Overview Preferences
As an admin user, you have the control over which columns are shown in the overview. With the selector in the upper right corner, you can select which columns should be shown.
