Your team members can use Limecraft to securely share individual clips or collections of clips. Upon successful adoption, your workspace may expose several shared links with different parties. In case you would like to get an overview to review the access permissions, here is how to get access to it.
Accessing the Overview of Shared Links
An overview of all shared links and the ability to manipulate or delete shared links are part of the production settings.
As a production or account administrator, you can access the overview of all shared links in your workspace via the dropdown in the navigation bar.
Using the Overview of Shared Links
If you access the overview of shared links, these are presented as illustrated.
Each link can be directly viewed or edited.
Deleting or Disabling a Shared Link
To delete or disable a shared link, use the edit function which gives you the ability to modify the share settings and to disable the shared link.
