Limecraft is a cloud-based solution for Media Asset Management and Workflow Automation, optimised for maximum collaboration and operational efficiency. It offers turnkey solutions for Documentary, Fiction, News and Sports, Unscripted Entertaiment formats, and more. You can get access to Limecraft by registering your user profile and activating a new subscription, or by accepting an invitation to access an existing workspace. This article explains how you access Limecraft for the first time by accepting an invitation from a team member.


Congratulations! You have been invited to join a workspace for online collaboration hosted by Limecraft. Before you can enter, you will be requested to create your user profile. Please note that Limecraft will respect the privacy of you and your colleagues at any time, none of your personal details or the material you make available for collaboration is shared with 3rd parties, unless you instruct us to do so.


To get started, click the link in the invitation email. That email looks like this:

When you click on the link, you will be prompted to choose a password.

Once you have done that, you will be logged into Limecraft Flow for the first time.


Please note that the link in the invitation can be used once. The next time you want to log in, you can access the platform by bookmarking https://www.limecraft.com and using the sign-in button in the right upper corner, or directly via the following link: https://platform.limecraft.com/.
