Sustainability is a crucial aspect of efficiently managing a vast array of media. Knowing when to remove or archive specific collections of material is an important consideration. Upon successful archiving or removal of an entire collection, the workspace as such can be deleted. This article explains the last step in closing a project, which is removing the Limecraft Production Workspace.


How to Delete a Limecraft Production or Delivery Workspace


Note: To remove a production workspace, workspace admin permissions are required.


1. Go to Workspace Details in Workspace Settings.

2. Click 'Delete this workspace' in the lower part of the page.

Important remark: It is not currently possible to close a project and open it again afterwards. Deleting a workspace will completely remove the material and the workspace itself.


What is the Effect of Deleting a Limecraft Workspace?

Upon successful deletion of a Workspace, all the media clips, as well as the associated files and metadata will be removed from our database. In mentioned in our terms of service, we want you to be able to permanently remove your work from our platform. Hence deleting a workspace as such is permanent and irreversible.
